Homestead Campground is located in beautiful Sussex County, DE with easy access to all of the Delaware beach resorts. We offer nightly, weekly and seasonal camping needs for all types of vacationers visiting the Delaware resort areas.

Facilities
The Campground Office and Store is open from 8 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 8 am to 4pm Sundays. There is a 24 hour laundry facility (A Section) and two bath houses (A & B Sections). • A large Community Center • 2 Pools (One adult and one family) • 2 Pavilions • Picnic Area • Fishing Pond (Catch and Release) • Ball Field • Gazebo • Playground • Basketball Court • Splash Pad •Cornhole Pits • Horseshoe pits • Fire pit Area
Activities & Events
There is always something to do at Homestead!
From Chili Cook-offs and live entertainment to Golf Cart parades and movie nights, practically every weekend has something scheduled. Most events are free with an occasional exception to help with fundraising events.

Less than 4 miles from Homestead, we are a preferred camping destination for Sports at the Beach patrons.

From the North, Dover, Wilmington & PA

1. From I 95, get on Rt 1 South, at the Christiana Mall exit
2. Head southwest on US-13 N/N Dupont Hwy 1.4 mi
3. Turn right onto Scarborough Rd 0.4 mi
4. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for DE-1 S and merge onto DE-1 S Partial toll road 25.6 mi
5. Turn right onto Rd 206/Cedar Neck Rd/Wilkins Rd 0.1 mi
6. Take the 1st left onto DE-30 S/Cedar Creek Rd 5.2 mi
7. Turn right onto DE-30 S/Isaacs Rd Continue to follow DE-30 S 6.9 mi
8. Turn left onto Prettyman Rd 0.4 mi

From the South, Ocean City:
1. From Ocean City, MD, head north on DE-Coastal Highway Rt. 1 toward Rehoboth/Lewes.
2. Turn left at the Five Points intersection and follow Rt. 404/9 toward Georgetown. Follow Rt. 404/9 approximately 6 miles.
3. Make a right on Prettyman Road. Property on right after one mile.
From the West, Chesapeake Bay Bridge:
1. Follow Rt. 50 east to Rt. 404 east.
2. Follow Rt. 404/Rt. 9 east through Georgetown, DE.
3. Turn left on Rt. 30 and head north.
4. Turn right on Prettyman Road, property on your left.
